This picture was incredibly hard to take!!
On Tuesday night, there was a storm here like
I had never seen before!! The night sky was so
full of lightning, it seemed to be plugged in...
The flashes went on and on, some cloud to cloud
lightning, some cloud to ground. The thunder was low
and constant, making the whole atmosphere almost surreal.

My little town was merely brushed by the southern
edge of the storm, and I am relieved for my new
crabapple trees...they would have been blown right out of the yard.

Nick comes home tomorrow. I talked to him last night and he said he was having fun...
I like it when everyone is home.
