Creating a menu today....

On Christmas Eve, we will have some family over. I don't want to work the whole time, the Bears are on!! So, I am creating a menu that can be spread out on a table and most of the work done the days before.
Potato Salad with Fresh Herbs and Lemon

Spinach And Feta Stuffed Mushrooms
Parmesan Baskets with baby greens and vinegrette
Parsley and bacon sandwiches
Antipasta platter
The obligitory meatballs
Orange chicken
Deviled eggs
bruschetta
kiwi and strawberry fruit salad
and, for the twins, chicken nuggets!
