Dear Sissy ~ I agree with Lil's Garden and want to add, eat plenty of yogurt also to keep the good bacteria flowing through your system. Antibiotics do a number on the good bacteria so we have to boost it back up.
I'm with Flower lady and Lil...ginger tea and yogurt. Hope you feel good soon. By the way, cranberry juice is good warmed up with a cinnamon stick. Balisha
So sorry you aren't feeling well, Sissy; I hope the antibiotics do the trick this time. I do like cranberry juice, but I'm sure it wouldn't be so tasty if I had to drink a gallon of it everyday. I definitely recommend the yogurt, too.
